Today we celebrated Gavin's 3rd birthday. It really isn't until the 16th, but we will be at Disney then. We could have waited to celebrate, but then his Uncle Steve would be in the D.R. for a mission trip, so we decided to have it early. We were thinking it might rain, but it didn't and the kids all got to swim. The water is COLD as the ignitor on the heater went out and they can't install the new one until late next week. Uncle Steve earned his Uncle of the Day award by volunteering to go in the water with Gav, who has no fear, but needs to have someone there still to keep him upright. Kids really don't care how cold the water is! Gav was well spoiled and enjoyed his Batman birthday and I'm ready for a nap.
